FACIAL & SKINCARE

1 DAY - £240

Hugely popular salon skincare & facial treatment. You will learn to perform a salon professional 1 hour facial with cleanse, tone, moisturise and face, neck, shoulder massage. 

Content:

  • Anatomy & physiology of the face and neck

  • Skin structure and function

  • Application of cleansers, toners and moisturises

  • Massage and advanced massage techniques

  • Application of exfoliators, masks and ampoules

  • Treatment and extraction of comedones (blackheads( Mila (whiteheads)

  • In depth skin analysis and prescriptive treatments.

  • Contraindications to treatment 

  • Hygiene and sterilisation

  • Health and safety (consultation, contra-indications)

  • Client aftercare and how to start up your own clientele

  • Timings, costings & marketing

Requirements:

No previous experience is required.

Minimum age 16

Dress Code:

Please wear professional attire when attending a training course. This could be a tunic if you have one, or a black top and black trousers.

Practical Work:

All products, equipment, and manuals are provided for you on the day.

Models are required at 12.30pm to carry out the practical part of the course. 

(PLEASE NOTE: IT'S THE STUDENT'S RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE A MODEL FOR THE PRACTICAL PART OF THE TRAINING DAY)
COURSE FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. WE REQUIRE 48 HOURS NOTICE IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL/REARRANGE, FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN LOSS OF YOUR DEPOSIT. THE REMAINING BALANCE FOR YOUR COURSE IS DUE 7 DAYS BEFORE THE TRAINING DAY VIA BANK TRANSFER. CASH CAN BE ACCEPTED ON THE DAY BUT NEEDS TO BE AGREED PRIOR TO THE COURSE

GUILD MEMBERSHIP
STUDENTS WHO ENROL ONTO OUR GTi COURSES MUST BE MEMBERS OF THE GUILD. STUDENTS WHO WISH TO ENROL ONTO A GTi COURSE WHO ARE NOT GUILD MEMBERS WILL BE OFFERED GTi STUDENT MEMBERSHIP, WHICH COSTS £25.
