RETURNS

If you wish to return any item first please contact our Customer service team at info@beautybysophie.uk to discuss and receive further instructions.

 

If you are not happy with your purchase we have a 14 day returns policy. We are happy to offer you a refund on the condition that the item returned is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Order delivery charges are only refundable if the item is faulty or the order was despatched incorrectly.

 

The customer is responsible for all return fees incurred when posting items back. Beauty By Sophie will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any chosen shipping service. We recommend that all returned parcels are sent recorded delivery. 

 

Due to EU hygiene regulations we can’t refund, replace or exchange any products returned in non-saleable condition.

Please allow up to 7 working days for your return to be processed. Once we have processed the return we will inform you by email. This can take 3-5 days to appear in your bank.

In case of a faulty item please email customer services at info@beautybysophie.uk

Depending on the nature of the issue you may be liable to pay for the goods to be returned. In other cases, we will refund the postage costs.
