I can’t quite believe it’s been more than a whole year since we closed the salon… 🤍

One of the biggest reasons behind that decision was that, after 5 long years of waiting, we were finally in a position to renovate our forever home. Fast forward 12 months of blood, sweat, and tears… and that dream became our reality. And honestly, I just wanted to pause and truly enjoy it.

After 22 years in the beauty industry—building a loyal client base, running my own salon, and doing treatments I genuinely loved—I reached a point where I knew something had to shift. Walking away from treatments wasn’t easy, but it was the right decision for where I am in life now.

I wanted more time at home.
More time with my family.
More moments that actually matter.

And I wanted to put my full focus into what I love most now—teaching, mentoring, and helping others build their own successful beauty careers.

So here we are… one year later. Our forever home is finally finished 🏡✨ (well… I’m done anyway, I think Jemal might be planning the next project already 🙈)

And with it has come more time, more freedom, and more energy to pour into the part of my business that lights me up the most.
